What I did on this project:
We designed and developed a proprietary IP Commercialization Program based on years of experience with Intellectual Property and startups. The program is designed to identify commercialization opportunities and accelerate time to market. The program experience design includes process and services as well as materials and tools to support implementation.

A business leader, an intellectual property expert, a scientist, and a designer walk into a room...a virtual room. They spend 6 intense hours analyzing and strategizing opportunities to bring ideas to market.
IP Commercialization Roadmap Process Flow
The purpose of a process flow is to collectively define an execution plan, understand pain points and develop mitigation strategies. This particular process flow is designed to create rapid, high-value strategies for the commercialization of intellectual property. This process flow later evolved into a project template in Asana with defined tasks for each role in the experience.
Program Presentation Deck
A presentation deck was created to provide potential participants an overview of the program and its benefits.
Design Thinking Facilitation Sessions
Mural boards were created for use during the live sessions with scientists in order to stimulate the brains of the participants and generate organized, actionable results.
Asana Implementation Template
The project template was created in Asana to be easily replicable, providing structure for rapid execution.
Educational Video Curriculum & Promotionals
A series of educational videos and curriculum were created to provide context and education for participants on the approach and methodology to generate value from intellectual property.
