Customers, Buyers and Users

So many times we get hung up on terminology that prevents us from moving forward. The reality is, its not a cut and dry answer and we should be ok with that.

Some buyers are users.

Some users are buyers.

Sometimes business decision-makers are buyers only.

Sometimes business decision makers are both buyers and users.

Sometimes technical decision makers are buyers only.
