Although I was only on this team a few short months as a contractor, I made a big impact. Once I turn my brain on to thinking about a product or project, I have a difficult time turning it off. (Sorry for the emails at the wee hours of the morning.)

Emerging Markets Version of OneNote
During my time on the OneNote team I was responsible for the design of the emerging markets UX - a interaction design for a 12-key low cost device. These users had never used OneNote and many had never used a smart phone.
